Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and free of coatings, sealers, or contaminants. If necessary, clean with SurCoClean prior to application.

Application Method: Apply using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush. Ensure even coverage to allow deep penetration into the substrate.

Absorption & Drying: Allow the product to fully absorb. Typical drying times vary based on porosity and environmental conditions, typically 1-2 hours.

Reapplication & Compatibility: Apply a second coat if necessary for highly porous surfaces. Compatible with coatings, overlays, and other repair materials.
