Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are **clean, dry, and free of contaminants** such as dust, grease, and laitance. If necessary, clean with **SurCoClean** before application.

Application Method: Apply using a **brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer**. Ensure even coverage for maximum adhesion enhancement.

Absorption & Drying: Allow the primer to fully absorb into the surface. Typical drying time is **30 minutes to 1 hour**, depending on environmental conditions.

Reapplication & Top Coats: Once dried, the surface is ready for **overlays, sealers, paints, or coatings**. A second coat may be applied for highly porous surfaces.
