Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are free from loose debris. Test a small area to determine cleaner suitability and dilution ratio.

Dilution Rate: Mix **4 parts water to 1 part SurCoClean** for general cleaning. Adjust dilution for heavy or light contamination.

Application Method: Apply using a **low-pressure sprayer, brush, or mop**. Allow the cleaner to dwell for **5 to 30 minutes** without drying.

Rinsing & Removal: Rinse thoroughly with **pressure washing** for best results. If only a garden hose is available, light scrubbing may be required.
