Philip J. Pisani

Phil spent 24 years with Xerox Corporation in sales, marketing and general management positions ranging from sales and product management to Vice President and General Manager. Following Xerox, Phil was a principal in three start-up companies. Prior to Surtreat, he was C.E.O. of Entact, Inc., an environmental remediation company, which was selected by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri and holds a B.S. in Marketing.

Robert A. Walde

Bob has a broad management background in Technology, Chemical research, Industrial design and market development. Most of Bob's career has been spent with major U.S. companies - Allegheny International, Air Products, American Bioculture and Gulf Oil Corp., where he was Vice President-Technology. Bob has 25 U.S. Patents under his name and holds degrees from Georgetown, Carnegie-Mellon and Lehigh Universities in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Business Administration.

Rick E. Amos

Rick began his sales career with Xerox Corporation where he was responsible for several vertical markets in Southern California. Following Xerox, he held various sales and customer support management positions in both the financial and apparel industries. Prior to Surtreat, Rick was with Entact, an Inc. 500 Co. where he led and participated in marketing and operations management. He holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing and Finance from Miami University.

Anthony F. Fiasco

Tony spent 18 years with Allied Signal Corp. in finance, auditing and general management positions ranging from Controller to Manager of Financial Operations. Following Allied Signal, Tony was Executive Vice President of a distribution and energy company, and prior to Surtreat, President of an inland marine transportation company. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a B.S. in Accounting.
